British summer 💙☔️

Global Running Day 🏃🏼‍♀️ Running has enhanced my life in so many ways; I am a better version of myself both mentally and physically. I’ve met some of my closest friends through running, and they inspire me every day. 💕 We are not designed to spend 8+ hours a day sat in an office chair, to then go home and spend another 8 hours lying on the sofa. We are designed to MOVE. Happy Global Running Day 🤗
